Doing this from my iPhone pretty much just to prove my point. Photos taken using my iPhone, of my own BTTF DVD set, on my own TV. And I don't own a copy of Photoshop. (sad face)
The closest the movie comes to mentioning the year 2010 is when Doc Brown first says he wants to go 25 years into the future. (but then those plutonium guys show up and well, that never happens) But had he done that he would have gone to Oct 26, 2010, not July. Then at the end of the movie he says he's going 30 years into the future, which is where BTTF II takes place, in 2015.
Now it was the 25th anniversary of the movie's release this past weekend and probably where all this came from.

In this first screen cap I'm holding the phone by it's sides with one hand.
In this second screen cap taken seconds later I'm holding the phone in the same position but instead of gripping the sides, I'm holding the phone with two fingers by the top and bottom. It happens only when I purposely cover the left side of the phone but not the right side. Was that established as the antenna for the phone? I know it's broken up into 3 but I don't remember what was for what. Not comforting at all. Side note: stupid Tweetie and it's stupid "bad gateway" Sent from my iPhone
